The life of top darts player Ray
He found the picture while clearing out some drawers and believes it was likely to be from the 1950s.
Ray Rushby lived in Albion Terrace in Sleaford, and played darts for the White Horse pub in Sleaford and later The Horseshoes in Silk Willoughby.

Hide AdHe was a finalist in the top national darts competition of the fifties, sponsored by the News of the World.
Mr Rushby had more photos of his uncle too. One picture shows him with Ken’s Auntie May going on a bus trip.
In the other he is pictured with his pub’s dart team.
