UPDATE - NAME OF MAN KILLED IN METHERINGHAM RTC RELEASED

Police have now named the man who died in a road traffic collision in Metheringham on Christmas Day.

The deceased has been named as Christopher Edward Jones, 23, of Water Lane, North Witham.

The incident happened at around 5.30pm on Christmas Day night on Sleaford Road, Metheringham where a blue Peugeot had collided with a white Fiat. No one else was seriously injured.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to the collision to get in touch with them as soon as possible by calling 101, quoting incident number 224 of December 25.
