He told The Standard “I am currently out searching in a field near Silk Willoughby after she went missing yesterday lunchtime. She was spooked by the storm that passed through and ran off.”

Storm Frank ravaged Lincolnshire and the rest of northern England throughout yesterday with winds of over 50mph and torrential rain.

Montie is described as medium sized, light brown and slim, weighing about 20kg.

Very timid and gentle, she was last seen crossing the London Road near Ancaster Drive going into fields near Southfields yesterday lunchtime.

Anyone who has seen her or knows her whereabouts can call Coun Titmus on 01529 415850.
