The sun shone on an excellent fun day held at a village pub near Sleaford.

Hundreds attended the fun day and dog show at the Nag’s Head, Helpringham.

The event raised £240 for Swaton LIVES group and even helped re-home a couple of dogs being cared for by Hollies Animal Re-homing Trust, of Ruskington, which was also represented at the event said organiser James Foottit.

Guest judge was Lincs FM DJ John Marshall and there were rosettes for the top three in categories and prizes for the top dogs from the 125 entrants. Prizes were for such accolades as the waggiest tail, best sausage catcher and the dog the judge would most like to take home.
