The purpose of the event taking place at 6pm on Wednesday, March 15, in the Civic Suite at the NKDC Offices in Sleaford, is to guide and advise anyone considering standing at the elections taking place on Thursday, March 4.

Nomination packs will be available for all divisions and a generic pack will also be available to download by the end of February from the council’s website www.n-kesteven.gov.uk.

The nomination pack will not include the nomination register, as this will not be available to any potential candidates – including existing county councillors – until the Notice of Election is published on Monday, March 27, but the register request form will be included.

To help manage arrangements and to personalise nomination packs, anyone interested in attending the event is asked to confirm their attendance by phone to 01529 308024 or email to [email protected].

Anyone wanting to collect a personalised nomination pack at the briefing needs to specify when confirming attendance which division(s) are required, so that the appropriate number of packs can be prepared.
