Town Council holds festive open meeting

Sleaford Town Council is organising a special informal Christmas open meeting for everyone to come along and express their views about town issues.

Sleaford town councillors will be present together with other organisations and community groups.

There will not be any formal business. Everyone is free to come along from 7pm until 9pm on Wednesday December 17 to speak to councillors and the other groups present in an informal setting.

Refreshments will be provided.

Comments relative to Town Council issues will be noted by the councillors present and these will be brought to the appropriate meetings.

Various community groups, such as Evergreen befrienders , Sleaford Model Railway Club, who will have a display of their trains, Homestart, Sleaford Navigation, the New Life Church’s new CAP debt support service and Sleaford Community Larder, will have tables at the meeting in order to share advice and information. The tables will be available on a first come, first served basis.

The evening will be held at The Source on Southgate.
