Sleaford fire crews attend collision near Heckington

Fire crews attended a road traffic collision in the hamlet of Burton Pedwardine, near Heckington, yesterday evening (April 2).

Shortly after 6pm, Sleaford and Wholetime fire crews attended the incident in Asgardby Road, and used small tools to release one casualty.

The condition of the casualty is currently unknown.

Later in the evening, shortly after 9pm, a Sleaford fire crew was called to St Giles Avenue, Sleaford, after heat damage was caused to a small quantity of food in a microwave. The crew inspected the situation, but no further action was required.
