Lincolnshire home-builder Chestnut Homes is offering buyers the chance to live mortgage-free for a year if they move into selected properties in October.
It’s one of a host of offers included in the company’s Gold Star Homes promotion which ties in with the financial year end.
Chestnut Homes managing director David Newton said: “The Gold Star Homes promotion is a kind of end-of-year sale. We’ve had a fantastic year, with Help to Buy driving a resurgence in the new homes market, and we’d like to end on a high.”
Chestnut Homes is currently building at Manor Farm in Bardney and recently started work on a second phase of homes at Kings Manor in Coningsby. Each development has homes included in the promotion, identifiable from the Gold Star Home signs. As an alternative to living mortgage free up to an agreed monthly limit, buyers can opt for a five per cent discount or five per cent deposit match.
Everyone buying a Gold Star Home will be offered free flooring and curtains or blinds, free removals, plus solicitors’ fees paid. For more information call 01522 595302 or see www.chestnuthomes.co.uk.
