Road closure near Billinghay

THE A153, between the Twenty Foot Bank/Drove junction and Tattershall Bridge, near Billinghay, will be closed for emergency repairs on Saturday and Sunday this weekend.

The road surface has become cracked due to prolonged drought damage. The official diversion route is the B1189 Billinghay to Martin, B1191 Martin to Woodhall Spa and B1192 from Woodhall Spa to Tattershall and vice versa.

People can still get to local businesses and their homes as normal.
