Police name man who died after being struck by train near Sleaford

Police have released the name of a man who died after being struck by a train near Sleaford at the end of last month.

Clifford Carrotte, 67, from Sleaford, has been named by the British Transport Police as the man who died following the collision to the south of the town on the morning of Friday, January 27. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

An inquest into his death was opened and adjourned on Febuary 4.
