A driver has been taken to hospital with suspected whiplash injuries this morning (Thursday) after a crash in fog on the A15 between Aslackby and Folkingham, closing the road.
The single vehicle collision involving a red Peugeot 206 owned by a woman from Rippingale was reported just after 8am, with the car rolling onto its roof in the middle of the road.
Paramedics were on the scene by 8.20am and ambulance crew ten minutes later. The road was closed at Folkingham and Rippingale by 8.50am to divert the backlog of traffic building up during rush hour. The road was re-opened by 9.50am.
Police have not yet confirmed the identity of the driver of the car.
