A contemporary Christmas craft market will be held for the third time at Sleaford’s National Centre for Craft and Design.

Gifted.14 takes place on Saturday, November 29, and promises a festive day of craft, live music, workshops and delicious food for the whole family in the Navigation Wharf setting from 10am-4pm, with free entry and parking nearby.

More than 25 contemporary craft stalls will offer a unique range of hand-made gifts from some of Britain’s top craft and design talent as well as a selection of local food and drink in a specialist food market and a varied programme of craft based activities for all ages.

Find everything from mulled wine and luxury chocolates to hand-made textiles, jewellery and ceramics. Enjoy ‘Make and Take’ workshops in the Craft Studio or falconry and craft demonstrations in Navigation Yard.

There will also be live music throughout the day boasting jazz, folk and acoustic sets with local folk band Red Herrings and BBC Introducing artist Lizzie Goddard. Other acoustic music will come from Scarlett Rowland and Amber Ackerman; instrumental tunes from saxophonist Dave Taylor, Sleaford Concert Band, handbell ringers and Sleaford Ukelele Orchestra; choral sounds from Our Lady of Good Counsel RC School choir; Bella Diva classical quintet; jazz and vintage swing from Café Manouche.

Whether you’re a craft enthusiast, food fanatic or just looking for a special Christmas gift, you can enjoy the NCCD’s annual Christmas market packed full of craft, music, activities and local food.
