THE Lincolnshire youth darts team is moving to a new home.
The team, who have been playing in Grantham, will play all future home matches at the Mabern Club in Sleaford.

Club proprietor John Marriott said he was delighted to have the county youth team playing at his club.

The first game of the 20008/09 season will be on September 7 at home to Leicester, starting at noon.

The Lincolnshire team has already played a pre-season friendly against arch rivals Cambridgeshire and came away with a good win.

Anyone interested in coming along to watch any of the games would be welcome and you can find more information on the website www.licsimps.co.uk

The team is always looking for sponsorship and/or donations to assist with travel and running expenses, which can be quite high over a season, with away matches, national and international competitions. The players and their parents normally foot the cost, with the youth committee organising raffles and competitions to try and assist with the outlay.
