Football
THE curtain came down on the 2007/08 Lincolnshire Intermediate Football League season, with Sleaford Town picking up the South League title.

Retford Utd lifted the Premier League title, with Scawby winning the North League and Skegness Town the Central League.

In the Premier Division, Caythorpe & Fulbeck had a 2-0 midweek victory over Boston Town, with Barlow and Siddons getting the goals.

Caythorpe & Fulbeck rounded off a good season with a 4-1 win over Lincoln Utd B. The winning goals came from David Broadbent, Josh Bryan, Ian Mablethorpe and the league’s top scorer Tom Siddons.

Sleaford Town ended their league season with a 4-1 away win at Gonerby B, where Paul Crampton (2), Ben Elkington and Michael Neaverson were their scorers.
