Second-placed Skegness Town had to come back from a goal down to keep the pressure on at the top of the table.

Liam Tunstall gave the Sleaford side the lead with his 20th of the season in the 15th minute.

The Lilywhites huffed and puffed but they had to wait until the 37th minute to find an equaliser, scored by Alex Nichols.

Kieron Elliott scored what proved to be the winner when he fired home from the edge of the box two minutes before the break.

Two great saves from Sleaford keeper Jonathan Hotson kept the home side in the hunt during the second half, but they couldn’t find an equaliser.

Louth Town 2

Goals from Alan Forwood and Luke Hollingworth gave Sleaford Town Reserves a 2-0 advantage, but Louth halved the deficit just before the break.

A second half littered by a yellow cards saw the White Wolves rescue a point with their equaliser.

Louth’s goals came from Michael Brown and Jordan Whittleton.
