Sleaford Town have been drawn away to Sporting Khalsa in the third round of the FA Vase.

The Greens booked their place in the third round last Wednesday with a 4-1 victory over Leicester Nirvana.

Sleaford returned to United Counties League Premier Division action on Saturday where they were beaten 2-0 at Desborough Town.

However, they will be looking for three points to help them climb up the table on Saturday as they travel to face Newport Pagnell Town (KO 3pm).

Sleaford will be hoping that the Swans are entering a tough patch after Saturday’s 3-1 defeat at Leicester Nirvana ended their 11-game unbeaten streak.

Sleaford were also in league action at Lincolnshire rivals Deeping Rangers last night.
