Sleaford move away from danger zone after weekend victory

Sleaford Town have moved further into safety after their second win in two matches at the weekend.

Following their 2-1 victory against AFC Kempston Rovers the team went against Long Buckby in what manager Glen Maddison called a ‘scrappy’ match on Saturday.

A goal from Tony Edwards meant Town took the match 1-0.
