If you were, then Sleaford Hockey Club is looking for new members from all local primary and secondary schools.

Anyone who is in school Year 3 and above is more than welcome to come along to the weekly coaching sessions. The club can provide sticks for those who don’t have them and it also has groups allocated to those who have never played before.

The sessions are run by qualified coaches and are aimed at improving skills and having fun in a safe environment.

Alongside this, the club enters teams in the Lincolnshire Mini League at both under-12 and under-14. Events are held once a month during the season.

The club are sponsored by local companies QML (UK) and Foxhall Veterinary Clinic who continue to support them, as they have done for the past seven years.

Normal weekly sessions are open to all children in school Year 3 and above and are run on a Saturday on the Astro pitch at RAF Cranwell, starting at 11am.
