Members of Sleaford Gymnastics Club recently took part in an invitational competition at Witham Hill and picked up an impressive haul of medals.
In the boys’ advanced recreation section, Callum Farrant won gold on vault, trampette and bars, silver on parallel bars and the overall trophy, while in the girls’ advanced recreational event, Rebecca Hebden picked up a gold on vault, bars, beam and floor, plus a bronze in the trampette and the overall trophy.
Ella Mccarthy collected silver on vault and beam, plus a bronze on bars, Lucy Mcdowall won bronze on bars, beam and floor and Helen Howes took gold on beam.

Level 6 - Rachel Harte - bronze in vault, bench and trampette; silver on bars; Sophie McAndrew - silver on vault, bars and trampette; gold on bench; Charlotte Farrar - bronze on vault and bench; Keira Menzies - fourth on bench. Scarlett Terry, Safron Brankin and Isabelle Garratt all won a Certificates of Achievement.
Level 5: Chloe Almond - bronze on trampette and floor; gold on beam; Clara Dunbavin - gold on vault; silver in trampette; Holly Menzies - silver on vault and bars; bronze on beam; gold on floor; Elise Hatton - silver on vault; gold on beam; Jasmin Brankin - silver on beam; bronze on trampette; Josie Taylor - gold on trampette; Ella Owen - bronze on vault; Yasmin Farrant - silver on floor.
Level 4: Katherine Williamson - bronze on vault and floor; gold on beam; Bethan Owen - Certificate of Achievement; Sophie Fell - gold in conditioning.
Level 3: Abigail Salt - silver on bars; bronze on floor.
Level 2: Kiesha Almond - silver on bars, beam and conditioning; bronze on floor; Phoebe Towers - gold on vault, bars and floor; bronze in conditioning. Phoebe And Kiesha came second overall.
