Teams invited to enter New Age Kurling competition

TEAMS are being invited to enter the annual Lincolnshire New Age Kurling competition which will take place in Gainsborough on Sunday, January 22.

More than 15 teams have already entered the third annual tournament but there are spaces for more. There are over 20 clubs in the county and each club can enter as many teams of two as they would like.

Amelia Buchanan from Lincolnshire Sports Partnership is organising the event.

Last year world champion Clifford Woolass won the competition and he will be entering the competition again this year.

The entry fee for the competition is £10 per team, with two players in each team.

The competition will take place at West Lindsey Leisure Centre, The Avenue, Gainsborough from 9.30am to 4pm.

For a booking form, contact Amelia on 01522 585 580 or at nak@lincolnshiresports.co.uk. The deadline to register is Friday, January 13.
