Join Murf & Co on latest Music Train

The latest Music Train pulls out of Sleaford tonight (Thursday), with '˜Murf' and merriment promised.

Music Trains see a wide range of music acts performing live on the Poacher Line between Sleaford and Wainfleet.

The evenings include a stop at Bateman’s Brewery, in Wainfleet, where refreshments are available.

Tomorrow’s entertainment will be provided by Murf & Co.

Passengers can expect folk and Irish singalong songs played on ukulele, guitar and bodhran.

The Music Train will depart Sleaford at 6.55pm and Heckington at 7.02pm for travel to Batemans Brewery.

Revellers catch the return train from Wainfleet at 9.10pm to arrive back in Heckington at 9.51pm and Sleaford at 10pm.

Scheduled service trains are used for the Music Train events and a normal rail ticket is required for the journey (current train fares apply).

Tickets can be purchased, as usual, from stations or the conductor on train.

There is no additional charge to join a Music Train event.
