With the popularity of things like Strictly Come Dancing, Seb Firman general manager at 1Life Fitness Club in Sleaford, commented: “We’re really excited to be able to offer something new to our members, especially with Strictly fever starting to sweep the nation once again. It’s clear that the dance fitness industry has a big future with the growth it’s experienced over the past decade. The kids seem to really enjoy the sessions and it really is a great workout for the participants.”
Matt Wheatley, managing director at Jem’s Hip-Hop, added: “Dance is a great way for people of all ages to keep fit whilst having fun. The industry has seen tremendous growth over recent years, with a real thirst from local people to get out there and start learning dance routines themselves, rather than just watching them on television.”
