Anyone ready for some fresh air to blow away the cobwebs following the festive period or looking to work off some of those Christmas excesses, may be interested in a walk in Sleaford organised for this weekend.
Join North Kesteven District Council’s Theresa Hobbs for the walk along Sleaford riverside on Saturday.
The walk will start from outside Cogglesford Watermill, in East Road, at 10.30am and head out along the Eastern Slea Stepping Out Walk.
This will give walkers the chance to explore the River Slea and its surrounding countryside.
Once back at Cogglesford Watermill, there will be mulled wine and a chance to look round the building which has been producing flour since the early 18th century.
The walk will be seven miles in length and will take two-to-three hours to complete.
Clothes and footwear suitable for a country walk are recommended.
