Holy Moly and The Crackers to bring gypsy folk rock to Harmston

A raucous circus-folk, gypsy and rock seven-piece fusion band is determined to raise the roof with its music at a Sleaford area venue.

Holymoly and The Crackers come to Harmston Memorial Hall on Friday evening with their brand of wild and carnivalesque sound from the Bohemian Quarter of Newcastle.

Mixing powerhouse story-songs with foot-stomping rhythms this band has more than a touch of magic to it, making an impact nationally and internationally with their unique mash-up of high energy folk, blues and Americana.

Their music has been featured by the BBC, Amazing Radio and Mike Harding (former BBC Radio 2 Folk Show presenter).

Over the last two years they have toured the UK extensively, and made debuts in France, Germany and Holland.

Their festival appearances include Glastonbury, Hop Farm, Cornbury, Secret Garden Party, Boomtown Fair, Wilderness, Larmer Tree, Kendal Calling, Underneath The Stars, Belladrum, Just So and many more.

The bar opens on Friday (October 21) at 7pm with the show starting at 7.45pm.
