You are invited not to miss an evening with Paul Wheater, who is giving a concert at the Ruskington Methodist Church.

Paul is well known locally as ‘Yorkshire’s Jim Reeves’.

He has been a professional entertainer for most of his working life and has performed in just about every kind of venue, from his early years in country music clubs and the Northern Working Men’s Club circuit. His relaxed style of singing has resulted in packed theatres all over Britain, including the the London Palladium.

Radio and television have frequently featured Paul and he has used these appearances, as well as his time on stage, to sing and talk about his faith.

Paul said; “I am fortunate to have made my living by doing something I enjoy so much, but singing in order to spread the Gospel message is the greatest privilege I can imagine.”

Paul continues to have a busy schedule of both church and secular concerts, as well as recording new albums.

The concert is on Saturday October 24 at 7.30pm. Admission is free (retiring collection).
