From simple pictures and 3D items, there will be a chance to see needle felting in action at the National Centre for Craft and Design (NCCD) this weekend.
The venue in Carre Street, Sleaford, welcomes Jan Merryweather for a demonstration on Saturday.
Jan is the founder of the Nottingham-based Sunflower Design.
Through this, she provides a bespoke curtain and blind making/altering service and passes on her vast knowledge by teaching sewing and felting workshops to adults and children.
She also makes products from bags to doorstops to scarves and more, all individual, unique and handmade in the UK.
She particularly enjoys using scraps and recycling fabrics to create one-off products.
Her visit to the NCCD comes as part of a series of events at the venue in which members of the public have the chance to meet the artists and makers behind some of its shop products and learn more about their influences and techniques.
The demonstration runs from 1-4pm.
