A new class is available for over sixties to limber up and exercise to music with a special festive offer.
The Vitality classes in Sleaford are designed to be really sociable, great exercise, friendly and excellent for bringing communities together.
Vitality manager Emma Batty explained: “We started as a new class in September but numbers aren’t as good as anticipated. All our other classes in Sleaford are full so we thought this would meet the additional demand.”
The sociable, friendly classes with seated and standing exercises are suitable for both men and women.
The exercises, set to music from all eras, aim to increase mobility, coordination, posture, strength and stamina. The classes are designed for the over sixties, but under sixties who would benefit from Vitality exercise are also welcome.
Experienced Vitality teachers guide participants to exercise safely and the relaxed atmosphere means that classes are enjoyable and fun.
Mrs Batty said: “Vitality is more than just exercise. The weekly classes are a great way to meet people from your local community, to gain confidence, to learn something new and, of course, move more.“
The new Sleaford Vitality Class has a special festive offer.
