Sleaford Leisure Centre is offering free swimming lessons this month to help people stay safe in the water.
The centre is urging swimmers to make sure they have the skills they need when in the water.
Leisure centre general manager Natalie Wood said: “Being confident in the water is crucial – if you’re a total beginner or just unsure of your abilities get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.”
Natalie says for people going away this summer holiday – or those just enjoying time at the pool – it is important they have the right skills and know their limits, especially when swimming in open water.
The team at Sleaford Leisure Centre is offering free swimming lessons throughout the summer holidays to each reader, subject to conditions, with one free taster session per child – you can sign up for swimming lessons on a direct debit and receive all of August’s lessons free.
Lessons take place every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 4pm-6pm and Saturday 8.30am-12pm.
