The course is being offered by Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service (LCVS), supported by an investment from Lincolnshire Dementia Support Fund.
It will include everything from collage to sculpture and felt making and be suitable for complete beginners as well as those with a previous interest in arts and crafts.
Jan Gould Martin, LCVS senior health and social care officer, said: “We know dementia can be horrendously isolating both for sufferers and carers.
“These sessions offer an informal opportunity to get out and about in a supportive environment and take part in a fun diversionary activity and achieve something tangible.”
The sessions will take place at Riverside Church rear room, Southgate, from 1-3pm, running for 11 weeks from Wednesday, April 13.
