A Sleaford gym has announced a double link up with two major local sport clubs.
1Life Fitness Club, based on East Road, is partnering with Sleaford Town Rugby Club and Sleaford Town Football Club to support their players’ development.
The rugby partnership will see Andrew Holmes, a personal trainer at the fitness club, attend the rugby club every Tuesday evening from 7pm until 9pm. Andrew will be hosting a variety of training sessions with the players to support them to improve their fitness levels. Also benefitting from the partnership, Sleaford Town FC will have full use of the leisure centre’s training facilities, free of charge, during the winter season.
Seb Firman, General Manager at 1Life Fitness Club, said: “We’re really excited about the two new sports partnerships in Sleaford. At 1Life Fitness Club, we’re passionate about fitness and having fun through fitness, something that the rugby and football club both echo. We love to support our local community, and this is an opportunity to support local sports players to improve their fitness and stamina to improve their abilities.”
1Life Fitness Club will be featured in Rugby Club and Football Club programmes. The football club will also partner 1Life for fundraisers and footballing events.
