United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) is holding an open day for health professionals to find out about working at hospital sites in the area.
Registered nurses, allied health professionals, support workers and people looking to return to nursing or adapt qualifications gained abroad are invited to come along to find out more about working for the trust. It takes place at Grantham and District Hospital on Saturday.
There will be a chance to tour the wards and departments at the hospital, meet staff and find out why ULHT is a great place to work.
Acting chief nurse Pauleen Pratt said: “This is an exciting time to join the trust as we are making massive improvements in the quality of our services. We are looking to recruit more clinical staff to help us build on the excellent improvements in care we have already made.
“As well as registered staff, we are also hoping to attract those whose children have recently started school and are now thinking about going back to work, or who have recently retired but wish to return part-time.”
