People aged over 60 are invited to take part in a Lincolnshire-based programme of exercise and movement set to music.
Vitality, as it is known, is subsidised by Lincolnshire County Council, approved by the NHS and open to all abilities.
Organisers say it carries a broad range of benefits, physical and psychological.
A Vitality spokesman said: “The experienced Vitality teachers ensure that each class provides fun and laughter, with carefully planned exercises set to great toe-tapping music.
“Vitality exercise also brings positive benefits to your health, including improving mobility, circulation, strength and suppleness, as well as reducing anxiety and giving you a general sense of wellbeing.”
More than 45 classes are held across the county.
One Vitality-goer said: “I have rheumatoid arthritis and since joining Vitality in 2010, I can now walk further and do things I was unable to do before. My strength has also improved.
“No matter how I feel, when I go to the class, I always feel brighter and more positive after my class.”
