Members of Sleaford Town Team are again feeling positive after their third Teenage Market, held on Saturday.
Town Team chairman Clare Rayner said she had received good feedback.
Sheadded: “All but one teenager made decent amounts of sales. We had lots of visitors, a steady flow all day. We had a good number of traders and some are now well established regulars.”
She continued: “We need more entertainment though – we could do with encouraging anything from dance troupes to football skills, rock bands to classical music.
“That’s the area that could do with some growth and variety.”
The next Teenage Market will be on October 31 from 10am-4pm and will be spread between the Market Place and St Denys’ Church Hall accompanied by a Halloween family fun day.
Sleaford Town Team is bringing the Vibe music festival back to Sleaford.
‘Re-Vibe’ will take place on Sunday August 28, 2016 from 2pm – midnight at Sleaford Football Club. Tickets will go on sale in due course.
A wide variety of local performers, including some of the best teenage performers from the teenage markets, will take to the stage to create what they hope will be the first of many, annual Sleaford Re-Vibe festivals.
Stall holders are invited to secure a pitch to sell products, food, drink, services or simply to promote their business at the event via www.sleafordtownteam.co.uk/trader-application-28-8-16.pdf
