Crowds came out in force to pay their respects at this year’s Remembrance Sunday parade and service in Sleaford.
Armed forces personnel, cadets, veterans and representatives from the town’s youth organsations marched through the town up Southgate to the Market Place for the traditional annual service and wreath-laying by civic representatives.
Chairman of the Sleaford branch of the Royal British Legion, Clive Candlin, said it was a fantastic attendance.
He said: “Virtually the whole town seemed to turn out. It was chock-a-block. Probably the biggest turn-out I have seen.”
Here we have a short video of the parade arriving in the Market Place.
