The sun thankfully shone as the carnival parade passed through Sleaford for the third time since it has been revived.
While the car boot sale and dog show kicked things off in the morning, the fun run set off just before midday.
Carnival Queen Sarah Durkan lead the way for the carnival procession with eveything from clowns on bikes to baton twirlers and fire engines.
Activities and entertainment then focussed on Boston Road recreation ground for the rest of the afternoon, including a sponsored walk for Guide Dogs for the Blind by Sleaford Lionesses.
Here we have a video of some of the carnival procession.
