A building site manager from Leadenham has added to his list of awards by being named as one of the best in the region.
Justin Williams, 43, picked up the Regional Award for the large builder category and a Seal of Excellence in the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards. Judges look for site managers who are meticulous and pay consistent attention to detail.
Justin joined property developers Bellway almost three years ago and has been the site manager at Aspire in Grantham since work began in 2013 to construct 105 new homes at the former Poplar Farm site in Barrowby Gate.
Construction Director for Bellway, Lee Wilkinson, said: “This award is testament to all of the hard work Justin and his team put in to meet the high standards we set ourselves.”
He has now won the regional award twice in his career and has also won several Seals of Excellence, and Quality Awards, placing him firmly among the industry’s elite.
He now goes through to the NHBC’s Supreme Awards ceremony, where he will be competing with nine other regional winners competing to be best site manager in the UK, out of an initial pool of around 15,000. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London in January.
Justin said: “It’s great to know that people recognise the work that everybody at Aspire is doing. The team here is brilliant and they have done a remarkable job.”
