A casualty had to be cut free from a crashed car before being rushed to hospital in the early hours of this morning (Thursday).

According to a fire service spokesman, crews from Sleaford and Brant Broughton were called out at 3.31am to the single vehicle crash on Lincoln Road in Caythorpe.
Firefighters used Holmatro rescue equipment to release one casualty who was then transported to hospital via ambulance.
