Firefighters had to saw their way through parts of a lorry to free a trapped driver after a crash at Leadenham.

The single vehicle incident involving a small lorry was reported at around 3.21pm yesterday afternoon (Monday) on Pottergate Road in the village.

The fire crew from Sleaford used a reciprocating saw and hand tools to release the person before handing them over to ambulance staff to be checked over, but there were no serious injuries.
