A Sleaford woman wiggled her way to raising £260 for charity when she hula hoop-ed for six hours outside the shop where she works.
Caroline Benton is assistant manager of the Sense charity shop in Sleaford’s Southgate and marked the charity’s 60th birthday by collecting donations and sponsorship money while taking just two, five-minute comfort breaks. She said: “By the end I ached pretty much everywhere. The ladies came out of Curtis’s to count me down at the end.”
