The UK’s top competitive eater claims he got the ripped body he always dreamed of by gorging on 10,000 calorie junk food meals every week.
Adam Moran, 30, once sported an impressive beer belly and set of love handles but swapped them for a completely toned physique.
And he claims he would have been able to achieve his honed physique without gorging on junk food.
He said: “I started doing meal challenges when I wanted to get really ripped because it helps you loose weight.
“When you diet for a long period of time your body gets to a point where it won’t loose any more weight.
“That’s why bodybuilders have ‘cheat meals’ because it helps their bodies recover with all the protein.
“It also gives you energy to want to go and train and without it I wouldn’t have got the body I wanted.”
