A gap is opening up at the top of the Readers Lincolnshire ECB Premier League, where leaders Woodhall Spa and Bracebridge Heath are separated by just four points.
Third-placed Bourne are now 33 points adrift.
Ten points behind Bourne are near-neighbours Market Deeping who go into their home game against Woodhall on the back of a surprise defeat by Grimsby last weekend.
This result propelled Grimsby to two places above the relegation zone and, this week, Lee Charlton’s team visit Bourne intent on repeating this performance and also doing the double over their opponents, having beaten them at Augusta Street.
Bracebridge have a challenging home game against Sleaford and will be looking to nullify the threat of Tim McIntosh by getting the prolific Kiwi batsman out early.
Lower down the table 11th-placed Grantham take on Market Rasen at Gorse Lane.
The visitors are in eighth place but only 19 points ahead of their hosts.
And just above Grantham, having slipped down the table in recent weeks, are Skegness who face sixth placed Louth at London Road.
Louth are only eight points behind Sleaford but have Lindum breathing down their necks, the Lincoln side just one point adrift in seventh.
Lindum go to the Grammar School ground to play bottom side Spalding who desperately need a win to keep them in touch with the teams above them.
