Heckington-based Heritage Lincolnshire has launched its 2016 photography competition and is interested in entries from children and adults on the theme of ‘My Favourite Heritage Site in Lincolnshire’.
Beverley Gormley, Cultural Events Officer said: “We’re really interested in seeing photos of Lincolnshire’s favourite historic places. You don’t have to stick to traditional shots either, feel free to experiment with angles and features that visitors might not usually spot.”
The winning photo, plus 11 runner up photos will be featured in an exhibition and included in a 2017 calendar. Prizes also include a 24” x 16” canvas of the image and a photo safari day at Bolingbroke Castle, Tupholme Abbey and Temple Bruer Preceptory Tower. The closing date is Wednesday, June 1, 2016.
