There is a chance to experience and enjoy the diverse culture of the Maasai when The Osiligi Maasai Warriors visit Sleaford next weekend.
The seven-piece group comes from the village of Oleopolos and surrounding communities in southern Kenya, about thirty miles south of Nairobi.
The troupe have been staging annual tours of the UK for more than a decade.
They perform authentic Maasai tribal song and dance plus the world-famous Maasai jumping.
The shows have been received with great acclaim in schools, churches, and theatres from the south coast of England to the Isle of Skye in the north west of Scotland and abroad.
They play Sleaford’s St Denys’ Church on Saturday, October 10, at 2pm.
Craft and wares will also be available for purchase.
Tickets are priced at £10 for adults, £8 for senior citizens and teenagers, and free for primary school pupils.
