Heckington Players’ are celebrating their 30th anniversary next month.

The group are performing a collection of four short plays by Alan Auckbourn entitled ‘Confusions.’

The two shows are taking place on September 23 and September 24 at 7.30pm in Heckington Village Hall and tickets are £8.50.

A spokesperson said: “From a devoted & isolated mother, to her unfaithful travelling salesman husband, through a solicitous waiter to well-heeled diners and an utterly shambolic garden fete, human frailty is laid bare, as one hilarious situation after another unfolds.”

The spokesperson continued: “Each of the plays connects to the next through one of its characters and from high farce to poignant observation, the laughs, however dark, keep coming.”

Tickets are available to purchase through a variety of platforms including online at www.heckingtonplayers.co.uk, via the Heckington Players Facebook page, or by calling Ticketsource on 0333 666 3366. There is a £1.50 processing and purchase fee for telephone bookings.

Alternatively, you can purchase from the Heckington Show Office on September 3 from 10am to noon. To find out more search Heckington Players.
