Sleaford Choral Society will be holding its next concert at St Denys’ Church, Market Place in Sleaford on Saturday.

The concert programme starts at 7.30pm and includes Messa di Gloria by Giacomo Puccini and Captain Noah and his Floating Zoo by Michael Flanders (of Flanders and Swann, a well-known comic song duo from the 1960’s) and Joseph Horowitz. This is an adaptation of the Biblical tale of Noah’s Ark.

The Choral Society say this programme has something for all the family, young and not so young.

Leading the choir will be conductor Rowland Lee, and accompanist will be David Lovell Brown on piano and organ. Soloists will be members of the choir.

Tickets are £8 each, free for accompanied under 16s, available from Wilcox and Carter in Bristol Arcade, Sleaford, or from any member of the Society.

Tickets will also be available on the door.
