Sleaford’s National Centre for Craft and Design will be running two workshop sessions this month.
Machine Stitch Making is on February 21 and 22 between 10am and 4pm. It is a two-day creative masterclass exploring innovative free-hand machine embroidery.
The second course is Silver Earrings, Pendants and Pins on February 28, from 10.30am to 4pm. Try different silver jewellery making techniques. Entry is £60 per person (plus £15-18 silver costs on the day). Call 01529 308710 to book.
The Terry O’Toole Theatre in North Hykeham will be hosting Slim Panatella and The Mellow Virginians on Friday from 7.30pm. This world-class collective on mandolin, violin, guitar and bass blends jazz, swing, ragtime and blues.
Cirkus Specktakular comes to the theatre on February 21 at 3pm.
A colourful, topsy-turvy world, played out in a wandering marquee of dreams, but for one little boy called Pavlo, it becomes more than just a magical show.
