Open air theatre is looking optimistic

Sleaford Playhouse Theatre managers say they are feeling optimistic after the Government announced its proposed ‘roadmap’ out of lockdown.

They announced via social media that everything is looking positive for their summer open air production at Rauceby Hall of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Auditions by Sleaford Little Theatre have already taken place for the cast via video link online.

They added: “The committee meeting will be discussing when our theatre doors will open once again.

“The Royal Albert Hall, released a video titled ‘Your room will be ready’ and we can say that our theatre will be ready to welcome audiences back to Sleaford’s Georgian gem.”
