Captain’s Day a huge success

Sleaford Golf Club captain Neil Tunstall held an excellent Captain’s Day over the weekend. Over 200 golfers from the club took part with Andy Alvey and Ann Lyon taking the overall Gents and Ladies prizes.

Sleaford cricketers suffer BBH defeat

Sleaford 1st XI travelled to Bracebridge Heath in a Lincolnshire Premier League fixture on Saturday, eventually going down to an 87 run defeat.

Billingborough moved into pole position in the South Lincolnshire and Border League Premier Division following a 20 point victory over Belton Park.

Bourne 2nd moved to the top of the South Lincolnshire & Border League Premier Division after a big win over Woodhall Spa 2nd, but hot on the heels of the leaders’ 81 points is Billingborough who are just three points adrift and with a game in hand.
