If you are aged 17 or over and want to do something useful with your free time this summer, why not become a volunteer. North Kesteven District Council is looking for volunteers to join its tourism team.

Enthusiastic applicants can work within venues in the district, and gain valuable customer service experience.

Depending on the event, you could have the opportunity to learn skills including milling and traditional ironworking.

Opportunities are avaialble at Cogglesford Watermill, Cranwell Aviation Heritage Centre, Navigation House and Welbourn Forge.

Volunteers will be part of a hardworking team who are committed to getting results and promoting the area for tourists who are visiting, with the hope of encouraging future visits.
