Sleaford-area firm named Lincolnshire's Grower of the Year for second year running

Ownsworth’s, in Fulbeck, claimed the title at this year’s Select Lincolnshire Food, Drink and Hospitality Awards.

The annual awards, held recently at Lincoln Minster School, recognise and reward the people and businesses behind Lincolnshire’s billion pound food and farming trade.

Ronnie Ownsworth’s, who runs Ownsworth’s with husband Andrew, said: “We are absolutely delighted to win this award on behalf of Team Ownsworth, who have worked so hard throughout the year

“We are always hopeful we will do well at the awards, but with so many other talented producers we never take it for granted.

“This is the second consecutive year we have won Grower of the Year, which demonstrates our consistent dedication to growing and producing the very best cold pressed rapeseed oil – this award demonstrates to our customers that they are buying a top quality product.”
